Удалить аккаунт из приложения

  1. Откройте Настройки → Синхронизация.
  2. Нажмите «Удалить аккаунт» и подтвердите.

Будут безвозвратно удалены: сама учётная запись, карточки, наборы, история ответов, статистика и картинки — и на устройстве, и в облаке. Восстановить их будет нельзя.

Удалить аккаунт без приложения

Напишите на [email protected] с адреса Google, которым входили в приложение, с темой «Rekura account deletion». Учётная запись и все её данные будут удалены в течение 30 дней.

Стереть данные, оставив аккаунт

  1. Откройте Настройки → Данные.
  2. Нажмите «Стереть все данные» и подтвердите.

Карточки, наборы, прогресс, статистика и картинки будут удалены на этом устройстве, в облаке и на других устройствах этого аккаунта; если вы не входили — только на этом устройстве. Учётная запись, настройки приложения и встроенные наборы сохранятся: наборы вернутся в исходный вид. Отменить это нельзя.

Без приложения то же самое можно запросить письмом на [email protected] с адреса Google, которым входили, с темой «Rekura data deletion». Данные будут удалены в течение 30 дней, учётная запись при этом останется.

Что и как хранится

Аккаунт нужен только для синхронизации между устройствами. За ним хранятся: адрес электронной почты входа, карточки со словами и переводами, история ответов и прикреплённые картинки. При удалении аккаунта всё это стирается без остатка; можно и стереть данные, сохранив учётную запись, — см. раздел выше. Приложением можно пользоваться и вовсе без аккаунта. Обезличенная статистика сбоев и использования (Firebase), если вы её не отключили в настройках, к аккаунту не привязана.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open Settings → Sync.
  2. Tap “Delete account” and confirm.

This permanently deletes the account itself along with your cards, sets, review history, statistics and images — both on the device and in the cloud. This cannot be undone.

Delete your account without the app

Email [email protected] from the Google address you signed in with, using the subject “Rekura account deletion”. The account and all associated data will be deleted within 30 days.

Erase your data and keep the account

  1. Open Settings → Data.
  2. Tap “Erase all data” and confirm.

Your cards, sets, progress, statistics and images are deleted on this device, in the cloud and on the other devices of this account; if you never signed in, on this device only. The account itself, the app settings and the built-in word sets are kept — the sets are restored to their original state. This cannot be undone.

Without the app, the same can be requested by email to [email protected] from the Google address you signed in with, using the subject “Rekura data deletion”. The data will be deleted within 30 days and the account will be kept.

What is stored

The account exists only to sync your library between devices. It stores: the sign-in email address, your cards with words and translations, review history and attached images. Deleting the account erases all of it; you can also erase the data and keep the account — see the section above. The app is fully usable without an account. Anonymous crash and usage diagnostics (Firebase), unless disabled in the settings, are not linked to the account.
